GENERAL QUESTIONS

  • How do I pay for my order?

    ANSWER We accept payment by Interac eTransfer. Upon completion of the checkout process, you will receive email instructions regarding how and where to send payment. Upon receiving payment instructions, please submit your eTransfer within 48 hours.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    ANSWER Any order of 2 or more tins is automatically eligible for free shipping. Single tin orders will incur a flat-rate shipping fee of $10. All parcels are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost.

  • I've sent an eTransfer, when will my order ship?

    ANSWER eTransfer payments are deposited during business hours Monday to Friday. All orders paid in full prior to 12:00 noon PST will ship the same business day. Payments and corresponding orders received after the cutoff time will be processed and shipped the following business day.

  • When will my order arrive?

    ANSWER Once shipped, XpressPost parcels typically arrive within 2-4 business days. Customers residing in remote locations may experience delays.

  • Do you ship outside of Canada?

    ANSWER No, we only ship within Canada.

  • Do you have a delivery guarantee?

    ANSWER In the rare occurrence that an order does not arrive, and non-delivery is subsequently confirmed via Canada Post tracking, we will issue one replacement order at our discretion.

  • What is your return policy?

    ANSWER We do not accept returns. All sales are final.

  • Can I share my account and or use multiple accounts?

    ANSWER No. Accounts cannot be shared with others residing at a different address. Each client is permitted one account only.
