Classic animal face for me, sweet earthy, nutty, diesel, pine and with this cut, yes, I clearly get wood lacquer notes. This is probably the best AF I’ve had in terms of the terps, the nose was really loud cracking the tin, and it carries over to flavour through a bong hit. I’ve got a high tolerance this hits hard but is a very functional high great for the afternoon and early evening, similar to the Dutch crunch this is going to give some serious burnout when hit hard. Straight fire from this grower.

This Animal face is a really great strain. The buds are sticky fresh and smell great. Burned very nicely in a joint and the flavor just got better and more complex as the joint gets smaller. Its hard not to smoke this one right the the very end. Kushy diesel dank beauty.

First time trying Skookum and am very impressed. I’ve had Animal Face before and this is true to the strain. Beautiful buds in the can, great moisture, fresh, fairly well trimmed. The smell and taste initially leans to the gas side of things but after it settles, I find the other woodsy, lemony, funkyness comes through. That said, the smell / taste are not overwhelming on this one for me. It’s good for sure but not what I expect from a $150 can. I also found it a bit harsh TBH. That said, the buzz was a 60:40 Indica hybrid for me and got me stoned. As 30 year daily user, that’s not always the case so this one was a solid hybrid buzz for me. Overall I’m happy with it for the price I paid at the 420 sale but not sure this one suits my tastes in the future.
